About the Role
As an RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will coordinate care with patients, families, and the healthcare team, administer medications, and ensure compliance with protocols and standards of care. The position requires leadership in clinical supervision and participation in quality improvement activities.
About You
Required:
- Degree from an accredited academic nursing program (minimum ADN with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years).
- 1.5 years of relevant nursing experience.
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Preferred:
- NRP, TNCC, and ATCN certifications.
- Experience floating to other PresNow facilities.
