Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Private Duty to join their team in Tucson, AZ. The role involves providing nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) for Private Duty, you will utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will initiate and revise care plans as needed, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient conditions. Your responsibilities will also include healthcare teaching, care coordination, and discharge planning.
About You
Required:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
Preferred:
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
