JPS Health Network is seeking an RN Program Coordinator – Structural Heart to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves leading the planning, development, and implementation of program goals for system-wide improvement in patient care.

About the Role

As an RN Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for educating, coordinating, and navigating patients through the JPS Health Network. Your daily tasks will include planning and implementing performance improvement processes, collaborating with medical staff for individualized patient care, monitoring program metrics, and developing educational materials for patients and families. You will also serve as a clinical expert and resource for peers and participate in research studies as needed.

About You

Required:

Masters of Science in a healthcare related field from an accredited college or university within one year of hire.
5 plus years of clinical nursing experience.
Current RN licensure by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas or proof of reciprocity of licensure between the State of Texas and another state.
Current JPS recognized Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and must be maintained throughout employment.

Preferred:

3 plus years of experience in critical care.
2 plus years of experience providing care to end of life patients and families.
CHPN, PCCN, and/or CCRN certification.
