About the Role
As an RN Specialist-Radiation Oncology, you will provide ongoing and episodic case management to patients and families undergoing cancer care, perform physical assessments, manage radiation therapy side effects, and maintain accurate treatment records. You will also act as an advocate for patients and families, ensuring informed choices are respected.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from a School of Nursing
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
- A minimum of two years recent and relevant clinical experience in Oncology
- Current BLS certification
- Compassion and the ability to care for the terminally ill
- Ability to travel to multiple work and/or business sites
Preferred:
- Certified as an oncology nurse (OCN) or hospice nurse (CRNH)
- Computer literate with attention to detail
