About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Advanced Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide care for patients requiring advanced cardiac support, including ECMO and heart transplants. The position requires adherence to compliance plans and regulations while actively participating in customer service and maintaining respectful relationships.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate Microsoft Windows based programs.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- 1+ years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
