Orlando Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Interventional Spine to join their team in Kissimmee, FL. The role involves administering patient care in an ambulatory care setting where patients typically return home the same day.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Interventional Spine department, you will utilize your nursing skills to promote wellness, restore health, and support patients in a post-acute transitional care setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, coordinating patient care, and maintaining a safe environment for patients and families. You will also participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare practices.
About You
Required:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred:
ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC certifications for certain areas.
Experience in ambulatory care nursing.
