Summary
PruittHealth is seeking an RN Staffing Educator to join their team in Harrisburg, NC. The role involves creating a culture of excellence and learning among staff through education, competency assessment, and team building activities.
About the Role
As an RN Staffing Educator, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical competency assessments, providing education for clinical staff, participating in the hiring process, conducting competency assessments, overseeing preceptor programs, and implementing infection control programs. You will also maintain documentation of partner education and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or a graduate of an accredited/approved RN program.
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice.
- Current CPR (BLS) certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in implementing and maintaining policy-driven practices.
- Experience in providing patient, family, and/or staff education.
- CPR Instructor certification preferred.
- Certification by a nationally accredited Nursing Organization highly preferred.
