About the Role
As an RN Supervisor I, you will supervise, plan, and organize work to ensure efficient utilization of teammates and resources. You will collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient flow, serve as a clinical resource, monitor teammate performance, and provide direct patient care as needed. The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules and actively participate in performance improvement activities.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing required.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina.
- At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting required.
- BLS certification required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university preferred.
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
