About the Role

As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing nursing activities across multiple imaging clinics, implementing process improvement initiatives, monitoring satisfaction surveys, and ensuring compliance with policies and training. You will also provide direct patient care as needed, spending less than 50% of your time on these duties.

About You

Required:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
RN-Registered Nurse of California certification.
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
5 years of recent relevant experience.

Preferred:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience in supervisory roles over multiple imaging clinics.
Demonstrated skills in delegation, leadership, and team management.
