About the Role
As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for the direct provision of patient care, coordinating patient outcomes, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. You will support the manager in enhancing nursing practice and service delivery, supervise nursing personnel, and perform patient rounds to assess care quality and satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- BSN required.
- Minimum two years nursing experience preferred.
- BLS required per policy guidelines.
Preferred:
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Appropriate professional certification (either clinical or leadership) is required within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam.
