About the Role
As an RN in the Weekender Flex Program, you will work two 12-hour shifts on weekends and one 12-hour shift during the week, totaling 36 hours but compensated for 44 hours. Your responsibilities include performing scrub and circulating functions, preparing the operating room, and ensuring the availability of surgical instruments and equipment.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the AHA or American Red Cross (must obtain within six months of hire)
- One year of RN experience OR completion of Cleveland Clinic’s Perioperative Residency Program
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
