About the Role
As an RN Transplant Coordinator, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, educate patients and caregivers, and adhere to regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include program development, continuous quality improvement, patient care coordination, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a state-accredited school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Three (3) years of professional nursing experience, including two (2) years in transplant, critical care, or disease-specific areas.
Preferred:
- Experience in oncology, hematology, critical care, or stem cell transplant-related care.
