About the Role
As an RN Unit Manager, you will supervise nursing care provided by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Your responsibilities will include reviewing and implementing nursing procedures, assessing systems for quality guest care, and contributing to guest assessments and care plans. You will also evaluate guests' responses to nursing interventions and administer medications and treatments as needed.
About You
Required:
- Current state nursing licensure required.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Additional certification in a nursing specialty desired.
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Experience in wound care/infection control desired.
