About the Role
As an RN, Unit Manager, you will supervise daily nursing operations, collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to maintain high standards of patient care, guide and mentor unit staff, and ensure accurate documentation. You will also assist with family and resident relations and represent the nursing department in interdisciplinary meetings.
About You
Required:
- Active RN license in the state of Florida.
- Proven experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
- Ability to motivate and mentor a nursing team.
