About the Role
As an RN Weekender in the Cardiac Neuro ICU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act. Your duties will include assessing patients' conditions, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve unit goals. This position requires working full-time on weekends, specifically from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
About You
Required:
- 5 years of RN critical care experience
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association BLS
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing
