About the Role
As an RN Weekender Flex, you will work two 12-hour shifts on weekends and one 12-hour shift during the week, providing care for diverse patient populations. Your responsibilities will include implementing and updating patient care plans, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and educating patients and their families. This position allows for a flexible schedule while maintaining full-time status and benefits.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be presented upon hire or within the first year of hire
- One year of current acute care RN experience or military RN experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Perioperative experience
