Summary
Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a compassionate RN to provide whole patient care to deserving patients in the Yuma, AZ area. The role involves delivering skilled nursing care in a home setting.
About the Role
As an RN, you will be responsible for providing skilled care to patients, preparing documentation accurately and timely, and maintaining complete records of nursing observations and care. You will work three 4-hour shifts, ensuring 1:1 patient care in a home environment.
About You
Required:
- Current state licensure as a RN required in the state of AZ.
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
- Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
- Must pass a pre-employment screening.
Preferred:
- Registered Nurse with home health experience.
