About the Role
As a Road Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing issues with vehicles and heavy equipment, ensuring maximum reliability and functionality. Your daily tasks will include completing computer-based repair orders, performing diagnostics and preventative maintenance, operating shop equipment, and conducting inspections both in the shop and in the field. You will also assist with the maintenance of parts storage facilities and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma/GED.
- Successful completion of an accredited program in vehicle repair and maintenance.
- 2-3 years of mechanical experience in the repair of vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Valid Driver's License.
Preferred:
- Experience with hydraulics.
- Experience repairing specialty equipment such as Jarraffs.
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
