As a Robot Platform Software Engineer, you will contribute to the evolution of software architectures, participate in architectural discussions, and work closely with hardware teams for integration. Your responsibilities will include profiling resource requirements, supporting software adaptation to new hardware, conducting performance benchmarking, and adhering to software engineering best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on developing system-level software.
- Proficiency in C++ within a Linux environment.
- Experience with hardware integration and testing.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Familiarity with low-level drivers and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, EtherCAT).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
