- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year prior welding experience or vocational degree.
- Must be able to pass a practical proficiency test at time of interview.
- Exposure to metal fabrication concepts and processes.
- Ability to interpret basic elements of a drawing or sketch including welding symbols.

That was the beginning of Sonny's The Car Wash Factory.
