Summary

About the Role
As a Robotics Support Technician, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, respond to support calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also test product updates, create support materials, assist with repairs, and travel to customer sites for installations and training.
About You
Required:
- Experience in computer systems, robotics, technical support, or a related technical field.
- Associate’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
