About the Role
As a ROI Quality Analyst, you will assist the ROI Account Manager by reviewing and processing medical records in various formats. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of disclosures, providing excellent customer service, handling high call volumes, and ensuring compliance with production and quality goals. You will report to the Team Operations Manager and/or Director of Operations as necessary.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Thorough and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Ability to conduct and interpret HIPAA/Privacy Guidelines.
Preferred:
Experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
