- 3+ years of Roofing experience
- Expert knowledge of roofing materials and installation for residential projects
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and building codes for NYC and Long Island
- OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically able to meet job demands
- Comfortable working at heights on roofs
