Summary
PennEngineering® is seeking a Rotational Development Program participant to join their team in Waterford, MI. The role involves participating in an 18-month rotational program designed for new college graduates to develop engineering and professional skills through various assignments.
About the Role
As a Rotational Engineer, you will engage in multiple assignments that may include maintenance, plant operations, production engineering, project engineering, and new product development. The program includes on-the-job training, in-person immersions, career coaching, and mentoring, providing a comprehensive learning experience in a collaborative environment.
About You
Required:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace or Materials Engineering from an ABET accredited university and graduating by May 2026.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated strong technical and analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and professionalism.
Preferred:
- 3.0 GPA minimum.
- Desire to learn and grow from diverse experiences.
- Willingness to relocate for rotations in the PennEngineering Global footprint.
