About the Role
As a Route Sales & Service Apprentice, you will learn to inspect, test, service, and repair fire extinguishers and emergency lights. You will also document inspections and repairs, maintain customer relationships, and comply with safety programs. The position requires working in various environments and may involve night and weekend shifts.
About You
Required:
- Ability to calculate basic math including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
- Knowledge of basic computer functions and software applications such as Windows and Word.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a business-to-business route with customer interaction.
- Experience in a related skilled trade.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
