About the Role
As a Router Operator, you will be responsible for operating a wood router to cut parts using pre-set programs, loading and unloading materials, monitoring cutting cycles, measuring parts for accuracy, and assisting with light assembly and finishing work. You will work in a small manufacturing shop where quality is paramount and will have opportunities for training and advancement.
About You
Required:
- Experience in assembly, woodworking, or general labor in a manufacturing or shop environment.
- Comfortable using hand tools and reading a tape measure.
- Willingness to learn how to operate shop equipment.
Preferred:
- Conscientious and take pride in doing good quality work.
- Reliable with a strong attendance record.
- No CNC or programming experience required; training will be provided.
