About the Role
As a Roving Consulting Utility Forester, you will be responsible for conducting field patrol duties, including identifying vegetation for pruning or removal, performing tree risk assessments, and engaging with landowners and stakeholders. You will also recommend sustainable vegetation management strategies and ensure compliance with client specifications while maintaining safety protocols.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge or practical experience in tree identification.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Experience with GIS software/technology as well as Microsoft Suite.
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in forestry, natural resources, or related discipline.
- Experience in forestry, arboriculture, horticulture or tree-related green industry.
- Certified ISA Arborist.
- Current ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) Certification.
- Being Bi-Lingual (Spanish).
