Summary
Cotiviti is seeking an RPI Operations Manager to oversee the Retrieval Operations Center, managing projects, processes, and personnel while maintaining substantial contact with internal management, executives, clients, providers, and business partners in Blue Bell, PA.
About the Role
The Operations Manager will provide direct management to Assistant Manager and Team Leads, oversee performance reviews and employee relations, ensure appropriate staffing and assist with hiring, act as a liaison with Client Services and supporting departments, manage monthly incentive budgets, create and implement change management strategies, monitor performance statistics and project completion, hire and develop top-tier talent, complete responsibilities outlined in the annual Performance Plan, and handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or project management position.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate strategic objectives and procedures in both individual and large group settings.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous call center leadership experience in a Sales or Collection environment.
- Knowledge of Cotiviti procedures and policies.
