Stellantis is seeking an RPS (Reactive Problem Solving) MBB (Master Black Belt) to join their team in Auburn Hills, MI. The role involves identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions for urgent, high-impact issues while enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
As an RPS MBB, you will lead the implementation of RPS methodologies, drive resolution of quality issues, teach and mentor team members, provide cross-functional support for problem-solving, and adopt a strategic approach to issue resolution. You will apply advanced problem-solving tools, define problems accurately, and lead initiatives as a subject matter expert in methodologies like Shainin Red X and Kepner-Tregoe.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of problem-solving experience using Shainin Red X and Kepner-Tregoe methodologies.
- Certified Shainin Red X Master with extensive hands-on experience.
- Broad technical knowledge base in Manufacturing, Quality, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Business, or Statistics.
- Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and spreadsheet tools.
- Experience with software and electrical components.
Preferred:
- Expertise in brainstorming and concept development tools.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects.
