- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Neonate Resuscitation certification within 30 days of employment start date.

- RRT/RCP-State Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner certification.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- NBRC-RRT Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
