Summary

About the Role
As a VISTA member, you will be responsible for creating outreach materials, managing communications, planning community events, and building systems for volunteer recruitment and engagement. Your work will involve designing and implementing a volunteer data management system and developing strategies to connect volunteers with philanthropic opportunities. You will also participate in training and strategic planning to support the mission of Rural Action.
About You
Required:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in community organization or non-profit management.
- Familiarity with public health and environmental issues.
