Alignerr is seeking a Rust Engineer to join their team remotely. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing high-performance systems in Rust to support AI evaluation workflows.
About the Role
As a Rust Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing AI-generated Rust code for memory safety, concurrency, and performance optimization. You will also develop backend services and tooling for large-scale data validation and quality control, and identify bottlenecks and edge cases in system behavior to implement scalable fixes.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
5+ years of professional experience writing production Rust with a focus on memory safety and concurrency.
Strong background in systems programming and performance optimization.
Fluent in English with the ability to explain complex low-level programming concepts clearly.
Preferred:
Experience with distributed systems or developer tooling.
