About the Role
As a SaaS Customer Helpdesk Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer billing inquiries, generating invoices, monitoring payments, and assisting with vendor payments. You will also perform transaction reconciliations, provide technical assistance using internal tools, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to meet clients' financial needs. This hybrid role requires balancing financial tasks with customer interactions and improving billing processes as the company scales.
About You
Required:
Experience with accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), invoicing, or similar financial tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain billing topics clearly.
Preferred:
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn modern tools like CRMs and accounting platforms.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
