Summary
Techstra Solutions is seeking a SAFe Scrum Master (Hybrid) to support data-focused initiatives within their Retail Banking division in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves guiding Agile teams in delivering projects related to data validation, data lineage, data transformation, and ETL processes.
About the Role
As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach Agile teams on SAFe practices, partner with stakeholders to align delivery with business goals, and support data-related projects. You will also monitor team performance and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration across teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in data-related or technology projects.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or higher-level SAFe certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe practices.
- Experience working with data-focused projects (ETL, data validation, data lineage, data transformation).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and related architectures.
Preferred:
- Background in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven data initiatives.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
