About the Role
As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing safety training plans, conducting new hire orientation, redesigning training materials, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards. You will also mentor safety professionals, monitor training effectiveness, and participate in project-specific risk and hazard mitigation discussions.
About You
Required:
- 13+ years of safety management experience with a high school diploma/GED.
- 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in safety management discipline.
- 5+ years of experience with a Master's degree in safety management.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and safety management systems.
Preferred:
- Electrical experience preferred.
- Trainer Designation OSHA 500/502.
- Willingness to pursue Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
- Previous electrical/construction/industrial safety experience.
