About the Role
As a Salaris administrateur/consulent, you will be responsible for processing salaries using AFAS and the ONS scheduling package, maintaining knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and improving administrative processes. You will perform regular checks on salary data accuracy and collaborate with external agencies such as the Tax Authority and pension funds.
About You
Required:
- Minimum mbo-4 diploma in administration, supplemented with a PDL diploma.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with AFAS Profit and Insite.
- Experience in the VVT sector.
