ChargePoint is seeking a Sales & Marketing FP&A Manager to join their team in Campbell, CA. The role involves delivering financial modeling, analysis, and analytical support for sales and marketing initiatives.
About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing FP&A Manager, you will partner with global sales finance teams to prepare consolidated actual vs forecast reporting for billings, expenses, headcount, and other key topline KPIs. You will assist in the preparation of the quarterly sales forecast, prepare weekly product sales demand plans, perform monthly financial close activities, develop advanced financial dashboards, and generate actionable insights from financial data to guide business strategy.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Experience with CRM systems and financial dashboards.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing FP&A.
