Frontier Internet is seeking a Sales & Service Technician II (Field Install & Repair) to join their team in Wilmington, OH. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing network facilities and associated apparatus.
About the Role
As a Sales & Service Technician II, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining broadband services, including inside wiring and networking equipment. Your duties will include performing cable construction and maintenance work, reading service orders and schematics, and providing customer support. You will also need to adapt to technological changes and assist other departments as required.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance.
- Basic keyboard and software skills.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Preferred:
- CDL preferred.
- Ability to work independently and face-to-face with customers.
- Experience with aerial work and climbing certification.
