Replo is seeking a Sales (0 > 1 Leader) to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on closing deals, scaling deal sizes, and creating happy customers in a fast-paced startup environment.
About the Role
As a Sales (0 > 1 Leader), you will run full-cycle sales processes including discovery, demo, proposal, and close. You will manage inbound demos, self-source additional meetings, and work to increase annual contract value (ACV). Your responsibilities also include maintaining pipeline hygiene in HubSpot, implementing outbound strategies, hitting new annual recurring revenue (ARR) quotas, and collaborating with go-to-market and product teams to refine messaging based on customer insights.
About You
Required:- Proven experience in full-cycle SaaS sales.
- Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.
Preferred:- Experience building products from 0 to 1 with real users and revenue.
- Familiarity with the Shopify or eCommerce SaaS ecosystem.
