Atlas HXM is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their team in the United States. The role involves driving new business growth by independently sourcing, managing, and closing high-value strategic opportunities in the Employer of Record (EOR) space.
About the Role
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding market presence and winning deals in the EOR sector. Your key tasks will include leveraging your EOR experience to engage with HR, legal, and finance stakeholders, actively sourcing new leads, closing complex B2B deals, and aligning sales strategies with company growth goals. You will also utilize consultative selling skills to build trust and identify client pain points, while monitoring pipeline metrics to optimize performance.
About You
Required:
5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or workforce solutions sales.
Minimum of 2–3+ years in EOR global employment or HR compliance experience.
Preferred:
Proven track record of selling into global or multi-region markets.
Experience selling into C-suite, HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders.
