About the Role
As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will provide high levels of customer service, drive sales to meet or exceed monthly goals, follow up on leads, and manage customer projects from start to finish. You will work in a team-selling environment and must be motivated, detailed, and organized.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate/trade/design school education preferred, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 1+ years sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Excellent planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and capability to build trust quickly.
- Self-directed, detailed, and highly organized.
- Ability to manage and develop customer and trade relationships.
Benefits
- Compensation of ~$21/hr. (Flexible/Negotiable DOE) plus commissions.
- Overall earnings of ~$70k-$90k in your first full year.
