Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in Tri-Cities, TN. The role involves providing clinical and customer support in hospitals and procedures while ensuring customer service and sales logistics.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will assist the DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting existing customers, guide surgeons in the operating room, support customers by attending surgeries, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain relationships with surgeons and accounts within your territory. You will also prepare sales reports and ensure product availability and quality standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with a minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience or recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.
- Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen skills.
Preferred:
- Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.
