About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Apartments.com, you will be part of a dynamic team that acts as a strategic digital marketing partner to the multifamily industry. Your responsibilities will include business development, relationship management, and developing subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies. You will engage in sales presentations, client visits, and grow revenue by prospecting new clients and enhancing existing accounts.
About You
Required:
- Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum of four years of Multifamily, Digital Marketing experience.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market data.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations in a high growth company.
- Self-starter who can work independently and within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
