About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Apartments.com, you will be part of a dynamic team that acts as a strategic digital marketing partner to the multifamily industry. Your responsibilities will include business development, relationship management, and developing subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies. You will also work closely with colleagues to drive sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
About You
Required:
- Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person College or University.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Ability to analyze data, build out reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations at a high growth company.
- Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently, while being highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
