About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our retail operations, providing professional and courteous service to customers both in-store and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include ensuring merchandise is displayed properly, handling cash transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting customers with their purchases. You will also be expected to perform general housekeeping duties and adhere to store security procedures.
About You
Required:
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and associates.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to settle customer complaints.
- Ability to perform basic math skills.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 7 hours per 8-hour shift).
- Ability to bend and lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Basic working knowledge of computer applications and the internet.
Preferred:
- A minimum of six months of previous work experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a retail environment.
- Excellent customer service related skills.
- Working knowledge of a cash register.
- Multilingual with complete fluency in English.
