Summary
Goodwill of Southern Nevada is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in Pahrump, NV. The role involves assisting the Store Management Team in overall operations to maximize collections, production, sales, salvage, and customer service.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will ensure quality customer service is provided in a timely manner, maximize sales performance through proper merchandise presentation, adhere to cash handling policies, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the store. You will also handle minor customer complaints and assist with various assignments from the management team.
About You
Required:
- Proven reliability in meeting attendance expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills.
- High level of integrity and business ethics.
- High level of adaptability and flexibility.
Preferred:
- High school/GED completion preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish a plus).
