About the Role
As an entry-level Sales Associate / Cashier, you will be the face of Goodwill Industries, responsible for greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your tasks will include operating the cash register, completing reports, selecting and pricing donated goods, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will also promote the Elizabeth Clark Fund and engage with customers to encourage participation in the Goodwill Club membership.
About You
Required:
- Ability to operate a cash register including basic math, computer, and typing skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a strong team atmosphere.
