About the Role
As a Sales Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and operations at one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships. Your duties will include representing the company as a leader in the industry, managing inventory, overseeing the Center's P&L, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. You will also interact with customers and vendors, coordinate training events, and maintain a professional workspace.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience with HVAC equipment in a wholesale distribution setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
- Background in sales, operations, purchasing, or inventory management preferred.
- Mechanical or technical experience preferred.
