About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will take complete ownership of lead management, work directly with customers to develop relationships, and enhance the sales process. You will become a vehicle expert through manufacturer training, resolve customer issues, and maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat business.
About You
Required:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, but not required).
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and embrace change in a rapidly evolving environment.
