About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will manage the entire customer journey, from initial engagement to post-sale follow-up. Your responsibilities will include welcoming clients, matching them with the right vehicle, conducting test drives, presenting product features, coordinating trade-in evaluations, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will also maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
